What would make it easier for you and your family to get the care you need?

Over the summer, families in Crescent City joined us for a picnic and talked openly about how difficult access to health care can be for them in this region They also talked about the care that has worked well for them. Many left knowing they weren't the only ones facing these barriers. 

Now we want to hear from our neighbors in Smith River. Join us Saturday, Oct 17, from 11-2 at the new fire station location in Smith River. Free blood pressure checks and diabetes screenings will be available all afternoon provided by the Smith River Fire Protection District. We'll have activities for all ages, including a Kid Zone and a crafting station hosted by the True North Changemakers youth group.
